Household Energy Price Index for Europe – August Prices Now Released

 

VaasaETT and two leading European energy market authorities collaborate to track monthly energy prices in 29 European countries providing Europe’s most up-to-date picture of European household electricity and gas prices

 

In This Month’s Edition the Key Findings are:

  • Significant increase in electricity prices in Dublin, Paris and Stockholm
  • Only minor changes in the gas prices
  • Some decrease in gas prices in Rome and Vienna
  • Market forces represent less than half of household energy bills

 

Who is paying the most? Who is paying the least? And where are prices heading in Europe?
